Reporter for the Asbury Park Press

is someone I've been trying to contact for 

sometime without success.

Imagine my surprise when I pick up 

The Asbury Park Press in America's Cup

to discover she will be in America's Cup at 

3:PM that very afternoon.

I arrived on time and had a good mutual

 exchange with her.  I informed her of the

ARTS LIBERATION FRONT

The performers ordinance and the

FREE CULTURE ZONE.

Not to mention that I had contacted the

ACLU in regards to filing a civil rights

complaint against the city.

Patrick Schiavino had to wait till 

Capt Flash was finished.  You know

that didn't sit well with his ego.

Real Talent is a real threat  

Later Dan Jacobs showed up.  Dan's

afraid of me and won't even make eye 

contact.  Him and Patrick sat in a

corner and stroked each other.

continues to wallow in the illusion that 

he is relevant with his repeat

of

Asbury Underground

 event

The event is a lie.  There is nothing

underground about it.

It's billed as a gallery/pub crawl.

His ad claims the participation of

18 Galleries.

How can that be when there are only

seven in Asbury Park.

The rest are bars.  It's about getting people 

into bars to drink and listen to music.

Question:  Do the musicians get paid?

He's hooked up with ARTSC(R)AP

The charade of an organization,

run by a retired high school

art teacher, that fuzzy headed fairy

Dennis Caroll.

Artscrap is a shadow of it's former self.

When I attended their first meeting there 

were 30 to 40 people in attendance.

The second and last meeting was

20 people,  

They use to have a location and a weekly

 calender.  Both are history.

Visit their web site.  Five artist are listed.

Two are painters.  Doris China is dead...but you know they need something.  The other artist is simply listed as a water colorist.

In the age of the camera phone where everybody

 is a photographer three are listed.

Dennis Carrol's bio is big as the other two put together.

You have to be a member to know who the other members are, if there are any.  They must not be artist because they are not listed.

Why the secrecy ?

The question is:  Is ARTSCRAP

his fantasy.

When I first started with the

ARTS LIBERATION FRONT

I worked with Terrence Riedy the city business

manager.  When he moved on I had to work 

with someone else.  I choose Amy Quinn

because she was a lawyer and might be able to relate to the problems ALF was having.

I called her but did not receive a response.  I tried John Moor.  Same thing.  Then I had a legal question I thought she might be able to help me with

It was simple.  How do I access the laws of Asbury

Park? It took a month of phone tag to reach her. She had me call her office which has to do with medical issues.  The woman who answered the phone said my case had been closed but they would open another one.

?
Not a good sign.

Finally when I did manage to get thru I informed her 

of my intention to file a civil rights complaint against the city of AP.  She encouraged it.

I told her about the performers ordinance.  She said she'd notify me when it came up.  She never did.

I was in America's cup when she walked in.  I said to the person I was with ...watch to see if she will acknowledge me.

She did not.  Looked the other way. 

 How convenient.

Sometimes people let their sexual orientation

color and distort their judgement.
