The art game is a political popularity contest

I have said this before that a well timed, well placed

does more for an artist career than a thousand hours at

an easel.

A young gay guy with no talent, some drugs and money will have hordes of friends sucking his ass so hard his head would collapse.  An older fuzzy headed guy with great talent but no connections....well..!!

People re-act in horror.  They call me a loser and a cynic.

Yet when the proof is in front of their face they are blind.

There are none so blind as those that refuse to see.

Case in point

ANDY WARHOL  aka: Andy Horhole

A weak mediocre artist.  Mediocrity is preferred over real talent.  Once there was a real artist so they killed him.

Why?  Real talent is a real threat.

Andy did a lot of mediocre work but gave a great blow job.

There are a lot of liberal New Yorkers who are very insecure so they run with the herd.

If you didn't think Andy was great you ran the risk of being labeled a "homophobic hater".  A social kiss of death in NYC.

What happen's next?  Along comes Jean Michelle Basquait.

A young whip of a black kid.  Enhanced Andy's image and reputation he did.

Andy encouraged him as an artist.  Absolutely no talent and/or skill what so ever. Period.

Any fool can scribble.  A bigger fool will pay him for it.

Well..!! now if you said anything short of total worship you would run the risk of being label a homophobic, racist.

A double kiss of social death never to be invited to a party let alone an after party ever again.
