THE FREE CULTURE ZONE
.....is the area just South of the casino
by the old power tower where
Asbury Park and Ocean Grove meet.
It was designated as such by an ordinance of the Asbury Park city council
It expired a year later and has never been re-newed.
The name stuck and the area morphed into Ocean Grove.
