apparently the devil doesn't know who he working for.

Some people have re-died but there is no place to go except a deeper and darker hell which also is experiencing

over crowding

Doe's that translate into a license to sin.  Someone tells you your gonna' go to hell for what you did.

Do they feed you?  What's sanitation like?

Could get boring after awhile, but if you can't change it
learn to love it.  Maybe you might meet someone you like.
