CULTURAL
ZONE

views this as a positive first step forward
towards our objectives and the evolution
of culture in AP
This is a pilot program. If it flies it'll be a start.
It's only a small space just S. of the casino
to the Ocean Grove line
It's called
HIPPY BEACH
This is the designated
FREE CULTURAL ZONE
That means
NO
License, tax/fee, amps
This is a small step for ALF

It should be noted here that this occured
after lighting struck the city hall.
The fact that I'm called
"Capt Flash"
is shear coincidence
....maybe they thought otherwise..!!
They saw the light and in spite of fierce
opposition fron some of the local
cultural fascist
passed a
"PERFORMERS ORDIANCE"
This allows performing for tips with a
twenty dollars performers permit
anywhere in the city.
ALF now designates AP as
Performer friendly
.....le bon temps roulae
...let the good times roll
