...three days into 2018
I decided to lead off with one of
my favorite topics...the TRUTH
DON'T SEEK THE TRUTH
YOU MIGHT FIND IT
...then what?
Here is one of my favorite stories
about it.
PC people feel free to change it so it's
gender neutral in your version
Once there was a young man who was a seeker of the truth.
He had heard there was an old man who lived in a cave on a mountain next to the ocean who
may have some insights.
So he found the mountain and climbed it and found an old man sitting in a cave.
He said...I want to know the TRUTH.
The old man pointed out over the ocean and said the truth is out there.
The young man walked back down the mountain and stood on the shore gazing out over the ocean.
Just then a sailboat came along. He said to himself...that's what I need. He went to a nearby town, got a job, saved his money and bought a boat.
He filled it with supplies and set sail. He sailed back and forth. When he ran out of supplies he would work some more then go ot again.
He did this for a long time. Then one day he docked the boat, went back up the mountain and said to the old man....
....there's nothing out there..!!
The old man replied, that's the
TRUTH
One day Jesus and the Devil were walking down a road when Jesus spotted something blue and shiny in the dust and picked it up.
The Devil asked, what's that?
The TRUTH replied Jesus
Here, let me organize it
said the Devil
