If NJ can declare itself a sanctuary for illegals

Asbury Park can declare it self a

CULTURAL SANCTUARY

ACCOMPLISHMENT

ALF was instrumental in getting the

Performers ordinance passed so boardwalk 

performers can put down a hat for tips instead of getting a ticket

Having the 

FREE CULTURE ZONE
