There was a book on the NYT best seller list titled,

SEAT OF THE SOUL

In it he talks about POWER.  He sez there is such a thing as 

authentic power.  This is when a product is produced such as art, music, literature etc.

Then there is artificial power such as the well known sex, drugs, money, guns etc.

He did not talk about the most common power of all

THE POWER OF DENIAL

The less power a person has the more anxious they are to exercise it.  People with real power are cautious in their exercise of power

It's easy to detect people like that.  Simply give them the

 power to deny you something and watch how anxious they are to exercise it

Women flirting is a form of teasing
Which can easily backfire

Their power of denial is useless unless you desire something
they got.  They can't take something away till you think your gonna' get it.

That's why they flirt.

When they do give it up it's so they can shorten up on the supply as a form of control.
