If you go back far enuff in these posts you'll come to the one where it is stated that one of our objectives

is to identify and combat cultural fascist.

It is an up hill struggle.  We have encountered

..soooo..!!! many they can not all be listed here.

Apparently the city itself is a "closet cultural fascist"

because in spite of their "supposed" support of

culture and the arts they do not call off their

dogs, the culture cops aka:

I do an act called the Last Hippy where I dress up like someone who did too much acid in 68' and pretend I'm a statue, till someone gets a little close, then I make a sudden move which sometimes startles them.

I aquired a legal performers permit and debuted my act at the Bamboozle music festival, May 18,19,20.  The act was an instant hit.  It went over real well with the crowds.  Many people took my picture and put money in my bag.

Maybe an hour into it the first CULTURE COPS

appeared.  They wanted to make sure I wasn't naked under my coat.  I've had this happen before. 

Everyone is naked underneath their clothes.  As long as you are covered, your covered.  There is no law that sez you must wear pants under a coat.

They took a "cop out" and tried to excuse/justify their behavior by saying they were only doing their job.  Male cow droppings.  They don't go around

checking under wimmen's skirt to see if they have panties on.  Never can tell when some rogue bitch is gonna' wink a beaver at you down by the casino.

Talk about bias/selective enforcement.

After I proved I was not a threat to society

 by showng them my shorts they left.

About two hours later two more showed up and absolutely insisted I had touched a woman with my feather.  I denied it...but they didn't want to hear that.  The city manager and the police chief had been by earlier.  I had reached for the city mgr in front of the police chief with the feather.  He jumped back.  I said gottcha'

I have been doing this a long time and I'm very careful not to actually touch someone.  Sometimes people move into me and I can't avoid touching them, but it is never intentional.

It's quite possible from a distance he thought he saw me touch her because he wanted to. He was a bully with a gun and a badge, that was it.  His partner was incensed by my sign that said;

GUILT FREE SEX

He wanted to know if I felt that was o.k. and confiscated my sign.

This is a direct interference with my

FREEDOM of EXPRESSION

He illegaly confiscated a prop of my performance act.

When people take pictures of me they hold up signs.

By far and away the free sex sign is the most popular.  Freedom of choice should give you the right to choose.

By confiscating it he created law contrary to the 1st amendment/freedom of expression then set himself up as judge and jury and circumvented my right to due process.

When I told them I had the city mgrs cell phone number and we could call him they said it wasn't necessary and left.

The next morning I contacted the city mgr and informed him of my difficulties.  He said he was at the bus station with the police chief and he would talk to him.

Apparently their is a break down in the chain of command because the next day when I started to place my signs on the ground I was told by a culture cop that I couldn't do that.  I showed him my performers license and was allowed to continue.

After awhile two more showed up.  They said they had complaints.  Not "A" complaint but many. 

Right there you know it's B.S.  Ofcr. Dana Parcel,

Dennis Carrol of ARTSCRAP and Ofcr Chris Braedy said the same thing, yet never has one person ever

come forward and faced me.  NOT ONE

You know if they had "A" complaint they would have rushed right over.  You might ask them, exactly how many complaints they had?  Why didn't you act on the first one?  Why did you wait?  How many did you have before you choose to act? 

Isn't it correct police procedure to get a name and number from a potential witness in case you need to contact them to go to court?  Why wasn't this done for numerous complaints?

When I asked the ofc, who said what, he replied the complaints were anonymous.  This is more B.S.

If I have a right to face my accuser in court they need a signed complaint.  If the person isn't willing to sign a complaint they don't have a complaint to act on.

I heard ofc. Dana Parcel state in America's Cup coffee

shop, and I qoute, "If I don't see it happen there is nothing I can do about it".

Is this true?  Is that in fact the law?  How can anyone obey the law when it changes from ofc. to ofc.?  Can these 'rogues' make up their own laws with-OUT repercussions?  Are they immune and above the law?

I told them that I had talked to the city mgr who was with the police chief and he cleared it.  I was called a lier.  He said he had just spoke to the chief and he had said nothing.
I told them we could call the city mgr and verify it.  They didn't want to do that.  I asked for their supervisor.  He  wasn't avialable.

There is a real question here of who runs the city?  Who sets policy?  Is it the city, or the boots on the boardwalk?

When I reminded the ofc of my right to face my accuser in court he told me that he could sign a complaint.

The implication is a threat to throw me in jail if I don't bow to his power.  That also is a crime called,

ABUSE UNDER THE COLOR OF AUTHORITY

They insisted that I put away my

FREE SEX

Again, denial of FREEDOM of EXPRESSION,

denial of due process and right to face my

accuser in court.

AP has a track record of doing this.  I told the city mgr that AP is digging it's own grave by building my case against them for me.

WHAT ARE THEY AFRAID OF ?

All weekend long, everywhere you went there were people with shirts on that said, "fuck, suck and shit"

Did these people have their shirts confiscated?  Why not?  Were they told to leave the area?  Why not?

I saw a girl with a shirt that said "slippery when wet."  What was that about?  I was told about a woman who had on a bra and men's briefs.  On the back of her legs it said, "fuck pants".

Are the culture cops afraid some kid might be corrupted among that and all those half naked wimmen with their tits hanging out by a sign that sez:

guilt FREE SEX

Again that is pure wishful thinking on their part.  Produce a shred of evidence or "A" witness

to back up your un-substantiated allegations.
That is acting on the speculation a crime might happen.  If that is the way it is were all in deep trouble and everyone is guilty of something in the imperial courts.

In all fairness I did contact the city mgr. again who was just as disturbed by this as I was and said he would take care of it.  I was not bothered the third day.

It's illegal to advertise to sell sex but there is no law against giving it away.  We'd all be in jail if it was.

THE ARTS 'LIBERATION' FRONT
