LESSONS

Once there was a famous Sufi Mystic named

NASRUDIN

One night Nasrudin was down on his hands and knees under a street lite looking for something.

A strangers came along and asked what he was doing?  I lost my keys.  The stranger offered to help.

After about ten minutes the stranger asked, where did you loose your keys at?  Nasrudin replied over by the door.

Then why are you looking here, the strangers asked?

Because the lite is better here.

Nasruddin went to a bank to cash a check.  The teller looked at him and sed:  the check looks good, can you identify yourself.  Nasruddin pulled out a mirror and sed;  yep! that's me.

Two monks, an old one and a young went for a walk.  They came to a river where there was an old lady.  She asked the older monk to carry her across the river, which he did.

As they walked away the younger monk berated him...you didn't have to do what she wanted he protested.

The older monk sed:  I left her at the river, your still carrying her.

A guru gave two disciples a chicken each and told them to go kill them where no one could see.
A couple of hours later one came back with the dead chicken.

The other showed up two days later with the live chicken.  The guru asked what happened?

The disciple replied, everywhere I went there was the chicken.

First day of school, the first lesson was the number one.  One (pardon the pun)student couldn't get it.  His parents were ashamed and sent him away.

After sometime he returned and sed he thought he had it.  Then he wrote the number one on the wall and the wall cracked in half.
