That's like sexual harassment laws where
un-wanted advances are a crime.
That leaves the power to decide if someone else broke
the law in the hands of the person who stands to benefit from it.
One day she welcomes attention the next she is on her period and what was o.k. yesterday is a crime today because she decides it.
Talk about ripe for abuse.
You pass a girl on the street smile and say hello.
She sez hello back and moves on.
No harm done.
The next girl same thing except this one accuses you of harassment and calls the cops. You go to jail and cort, etc.
A law can not be open to interpretation. It should always be illegal, not left up to the discretion of the
person who stands to benefit from it.
Imagine if anyone can decide if anything is a crime or not.
There'd be a lot of people in jail.
The prison industry would reap a fortune.
