I experienced an energy shift. I was arrested for
vandalism and dis-orderly conduct on the boardwalk. Upon release I bought a bottle of wine and on the way home was attacked by a dog that jumped from a moving vehicle. I had to go to the hospital.
The next day I received an e-mail from
Sidhu Heera who runs the APTV.
He said the city was not going to show my video's
because....apparently I had a bad reputation with
certain board members. That's slanderous.

I knew a lawyer who lives next to my daughter. I contacted him. He agreed to represent me and get paid out of a dog bite settlement.
When he found out the woman did not have home owners
insurance his enthusiasm diminished. He did not appear in court even though he said he be there on the dog bite issue.
To date I think he has made one phone call. He said he would file against the woman immediately. Betcha' it ain't happened yet.
I appeared without a lawyer on Oct 21 and entered a not guilty plea. Don't need a lawyer for that.
I was then summoned to the lawyer's office where I met with the attorney he had assigned to the case. We talked for about a half hour. I told him I wanted to subpoena all five officers. Find out who gave the order for the arrest.
I instructed him to arraign a meeting with the
city attorney's office. He said he would
subpoena the city attorney. Maybe he knew something
I didn't
My contention is that this is a false arrest and a malicious prosecution orchestrated by a certain politically correct, man hating fem-Nazi on the city council. Not to mention abuse under the color of authority and destruction of
evidence.
I wanted Sidhu Heera to tell me who on the "board"
had said what. He claimed he showed video's to board members. Bet that's a lie. So we want to subpoena
all of them and question them separately, preferably on camera. After all I'm a documentary film maker.
In an attempt to make it look worse than it
was they painted the bench. Destruction of
evidence?
Who gave the order for that and why?
The lawyer appeared for the next hearing. Before going
in we talked. He informed me that he "did not
want to do this." Fine time to tell me.
As it turns out his fiancé' is friends with afore mentioned man hater on the city council who probably was orchestrating the false arrest and malicious
prosecution.
I talked to his superior at the law firm who said he would speak to him. I was in a dilemma now. What was my next move?
I contacted the lawyer and asked him to set up a meeting with the city attorney and if he wasn't going to he should let me know. He ignored me. He doesn't return phone calls and doesn't respond to e-mails. Lawyers...!!!
What was my next move? I decided the lawyer had given it to me. I'd have to fire him and start over.
I decided patients is a virtue and decided to wait
and see what happened on my next court appearance.
On Feb 23, 2017 he did not show up. The prosecutor could not find my paper work then told me my case had been
adjourned. What's that mean? According to my
lawyer they can bring it back anytime they want. He was gleeful. Sort of like a sword hanging over your head.
What' ever. As of now I'm a free man. They adjourned it
for a reason. Someone said they felt the man hater was behind it because she didn't want the trail of stink leading to her door. I should send her a thank you note.
Three cops witness me write my name on a bench and so far I've beaten it.
