TRUTH

Once there was a young man who was a seeker of truth and wisdom.  He had heard of a wise man who lived on a mountain, over looking the ocean.

People said he might know something, so the young man lookd for him.

 

The mountain was steep.  The journey up was ardous and took all day.

 

When he got there he told the wise man, I want to know the "truth".

 

The wise man pointed out over the ocean and sed;  the truth is out there.

 

The young man treked back down the mountain and stood on the shore. While he was there a sail boat passed by.

 

He thought, that's what I need.  He went to a town, got a job and worked till he had saved enuff to buy a boat.  He then stocked it with supplies and set sail

 

He sailed back and forth, back and forth.  When he ran out of supplies he would go to a town and work untill he had enuff then set sail again.

 

This went on for years and years.  Finally he docked the boat and climbed the mountain again.

 

He told the wise man, "there's nothing out there".  the wise man replied.

 

"that's the truth".
